24 Truck Sensor Post-Processing Failures

1. Destruction of the working pressure and temperature sensor of the air inlet ①ON gear, the car engine fault light is always on; ②When the oil is supplied slowly, there is a little black smoke from the exhaust pipe, and a lot of black smoke from the exhaust pipe is quickly accelerated; ③The car engine Boring; ④ Fault code: P01D6 (the working voltage of the liquid level sensor at the intake port is less than the minimum value) Reason analysis: The working pressure data signal of the intake port is abnormal, and the ECU cannot receive the reasonable information content of the intake port, resulting in the ignition advance angle There is an abnormality, the ignition is not enough, the car engine is boring, and the exhaust pipe emits black smoke during the whole process of fueling. Harness connection problems and sensor failures can both cause failures. Solution: Check the working pressure and temperature sensor of the air inlet. 2. The water temperature sensor is damaged ①ON gear, the car engine fault light is always on; ②The temperature of the ON gear water shows the highest value of 120°C from beginning to end; ③Engine torque is limited The water temperature sensor is faulty, and the ECU detects that the output data signal of the water temperature sensor is unreliable and applies the substitute value and limits the engine torque. 3. The oil pressure sensor is damaged ①After running, the oil pressure indicator light is on all the time; ②The car engine fault light is on all the time; The voltage is higher than the limit) Cause analysis: The oil pressure sensor camera is seriously damaged, the ECU detects that the oil pressure sensor is not connected, and the instrument panel indicates that the internal structure of the ECU replaces the value. Solution: Check the oil pressure sensor. 4. Poor contact of OBD power socket terminals ①ON gear, the power distribution of the checker is normal, but cannot enter the ECU to load relevant information; ②No fault code. Cause analysis: The OBD power socket terminals are withdrawn, resulting in poor contact, and the checker cannot communicate with the ECU. Solution: Check the terminals of the OBD power socket. 5. Nitrogen oxygen sensor wiring harness short-circuit fault condition ①After running, the OBD fault light is always on; ②The car engine torque limit ③The fault code: P0050 (the mid and downstream nitrogen oxygen sensor CAN data signal request timed out). Reason analysis of P018: The wiring harness of the nitrogen and oxygen sensor is damaged, the short-circuit fault grounding device, the nitrogen and oxygen sensor is not working frequently, resulting in too much discharge, the distortion of the car engine is relatively limited, and the system software alarms. Solution: Check the nitrogen and oxygen sensor wiring harness. 6. Solve the damaged condition of the heating automobile relay box ① After running, the OBD fault light is on; ② Fault code: P028F (urea working pressure pipe heating automobile relay control end lead fault). Cause analysis: wiring harness short-circuit fault. Solution: Regularly check and repair the wiring harness of the heating car relay box. 7. Optocoupler circuit lead fault condition of urea supply module ①After running, the OBD fault light is always on; ②The distortion of the car engine is relatively limited. Boring; ③Fault code: P3006 (Optocoupler circuit lead fault of urea supply module) ④Analysis of the reasons for not consuming urea: The control line of the urea pump is short-circuited, which is mainly manifested as the virtual connection of the 10th pin of the urea pump electrical equipment software, the urea pump When it is not working, the system software cannot spray urea normally, resulting in too much discharge, limited distortion of the car engine, and the car engine alarm. 8. When the mobile phone software at the bottom of the instrument panel is incorrect and there is no push rate data signal ① When starting uphill or rapidly increasing the speed, the output power of the engine will be temporarily reduced for 1-2s; ② There is no fault code. Reason analysis: During the driving operation, the rate data signal pushed by the instrument panel suddenly decreased to 0. The change of the rate data signal causes the change of the ECU oil control and water supply, resulting in an instant flameout.
